Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026 · Precision Generation LLC, Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas

This Privacy Policy describes how Precision Generation LLC ("Precision Generation," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our website at precisiongeneration.com and our appointment-setting services, including our SMS text messaging and telephone communication programs.

1. Who we are

Precision Generation is an event-based appointment generation company. We represent home improvement companies at live consumer events — such as home shows, trade expos, and retail activations — where our representatives speak with homeowners, and, with the homeowner's written consent, schedule in-home consultation appointments with the represented company and follow up to confirm those appointments.

2. Information we collect

Information homeowners provide at events

When a homeowner speaks with one of our representatives at an event and chooses to schedule or request a consultation, we collect information the homeowner provides directly, which may include:

Information collected automatically

When appointment confirmation and scheduling calls take place, we maintain records of those communications — including call logs, call recordings where permitted by law, message logs, and appointment status — to administer the service and maintain an accurate record of consent and contact preferences. Our website itself does not use advertising trackers; standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) may be retained for security and operations.

Business contact information

If you contact us as a prospective or current business client, we collect the contact details you provide (such as name, company, email, and phone) to respond and manage the relationship.

3. How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We share homeowner information only with the represented company for whom the appointment was scheduled and with service providers who help us operate (such as telephony and messaging providers), under obligations to protect it.

4. SMS text messaging program

Program disclosure — Precision Generation Appointment Notifications

Program name: Precision Generation Appointment Notifications (appointment confirmation and customer care).

Who sends and who receives: Precision Generation sends text messages to homeowners who signed written consent at a Precision Generation event booth to receive appointment confirmations and reminders relating to the in-home consultation they scheduled.

Message types: Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders (including "on the way" notifications), rescheduling and cancellation notices, and related customer-care messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies with appointment activity. Typically, a homeowner receives 1–5 messages per scheduled appointment.

Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Frequency and charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to that number.

Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at sarts@precisiongeneration.com.

No third-party marketing: SMS opt-in and consent data — including phone numbers collected for SMS purposes — are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Telephone calls and call recording

With the homeowner's prior express written consent, we place appointment-scheduling and confirmation calls, which may use automated and artificial-voice technology. Calls are placed only within legally permitted calling hours in the homeowner's local time zone. Calls may be recorded for quality, compliance, and record-keeping; where the law requires, recording is announced at the start of the call. Homeowners may ask us to stop calling at any time, and we honor those requests promptly.

6. Your choices

7. Data retention and security

We retain consent records, communication logs, and appointment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, audit, and compliance obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including role-based access controls and audit logging.

8. Children

Our services are directed to homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
