These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the precisiongeneration.com website and, where applicable, your participation in the Precision Generation SMS messaging program described below. By using this website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the messaging program.
1. About our services
Precision Generation LLC ("Precision Generation," "we," "us," or "our") is an event-based appointment generation company. We represent home improvement companies at live consumer events, where our representatives speak with homeowners and — with the homeowner's written consent — schedule in-home consultation appointments with the represented company and communicate to confirm and manage those appointments.
2. SMS messaging program terms
Precision Generation Appointment Notifications
Program description: Homeowners who signed written consent at a Precision Generation event booth receive appointment confirmations and reminders by text message relating to the in-home consultation they scheduled. Message types include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders (including "on the way" notifications), rescheduling and cancellation notices, and related customer-care messages. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is provided in writing at the event booth. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies with appointment activity; typically 1–5 messages per scheduled appointment.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent to that number. Opting out of text messages does not by itself cancel a scheduled appointment — if you wish to cancel an appointment, please say so on any call or contact us directly.

Privacy: Our handling of your information, including our commitment not to share or sell SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing, is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Telephone communications
With prior express written consent provided at the event booth, we place appointment-scheduling and confirmation calls, which may use automated and artificial-voice technology. You may withdraw consent and ask us to stop calling at any time, and we will honor that request promptly. Withdrawing consent to calls does not by itself cancel a scheduled appointment unless you request cancellation.
4. Appointments
Appointments scheduled through Precision Generation are consultations conducted by the represented home improvement company. Precision Generation schedules and confirms appointments; the consultation itself, and any products or services discussed or sold at it, are provided solely by the represented company under its own terms. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time by phone or by responding to a confirmation communication.
5. Website use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is the property of Precision Generation LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Disclaimers
The website and messaging program are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Generation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website and messaging program, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that messages will be delivered without delay or error, as delivery depends on mobile carriers and other factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Generation LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or the messaging program.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
